Hey my name is Matthew, I'm an 18 year old university student. For the last 3 weeks I have been desperately trying to get a job but nowhere is hiring for shifts that i can fit around my lectures. Obviously I have had no luck and my bank account is down to £1.63; which I am keeping for bread for when i completely run out of food (I have 2 packs of rice and a box of porridge left so I'm only eating 1 portion of food every 2 days to preserve what i have left). I don't like to beg but I'm running out of hope; I cant ask my parents as they barely make enough money to keep a roof and food for themselves and my little brother. even £5 right now would mean the world :'( so i could buy some cheap packs of pasta, veg and cheap pasta sauce to keep me going a few more weeks until i can finally find a job. I struggle with severe depression and I'm suicidal. It's almost impossible for me to get out of bed in the morning, but when I can do it, I work hard to pay my rent and to save money to get proper treatment. Unfortunately, my contition is getting worse and I'm not earning enough to pay my rent, bills, food and treatment. I need help. I'm trying hard to have another chance at life.

My partner of 3 years left me when he found out I was pregnant. I then lost my job as I was self employed and the company didn't want someone that would be on maternity leave. I had to use credit cards / loans / overdrafts etc in order to but cribs, clothes, nappies. I then couldn't afford the repayments so had to take out pay day loans and now I'm in such a mess I don't know where to even start

I really need help ckeary debts. We life on a knife edge. My wages just about pay bills but are not enough to clear ny debt. My parter was off work for three weeks ill and is not getting paid as he is an agency worker. My debts of abou £3k are just gaining intest and cripeling my credit score. I dont know what to do. Its like a dead weight and if they were clear I feel I cpuld move on woth life and naybe save money. I am 30 years old and I want children. I Cannot do that in my currwnt sitiation. I see a lot of stories on here, I'm sure the majority of them are true but I won't bore you all with a sob-story, just with the facts as they are. I work, I pay bills, but I'm in a lot of pain. The dentist says I need quite a bit of work done and that it is going to cost a little over £1000 including all treatment and an implant. I simply can't afford all of this and have had to put it on hold, but the longer it is on hold, the worse the problems will be. If anyone out there is willing to help, all I can do is express extreme gratitude. I do try to save and pay my own way but with landlords increasing rent and insurance going up at the same time, I can never seem to save much to get this sorted before it all gets used again.
