I just got an EPTS medical discharge from the Army (labial shoulder tear and cartilage damage) on the 15th, and have no money to my name. I'm trying to work through a claim with the VA, but at the moment I have no way to pay my bills for this month, since I don't have another job yet. Beyond this I need to find a way to continue to pay for school, but that's down the road. I need $540 by the end of the month or I won't have a place to stay even while working through the claims process. Anything would help immensely.

i cant believe im going down this road after 25 years my life has now lost meaning to lose my sight. my medical bills have piled up so bad,,,i now have to learn how to walk in the dark on the street very scary,,, i thank anyone who helps me out.... i can see where people do bad thing to them self when confronted with this kind of change,,, but not me i have a hire power who might have something better for me down the road....

I was recently diagnosed with Lupus and had to leave work. Though I am currently trying to get disability benefits for the moment I have zero income. It's getting close to Christmas and I'm starting to wonder if I'll be able to give a little something to my son or not. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I was recently in a mountain bike accident where I suffered a serious concussion, a broken shoulder and fractured arm, and lost a several teeth from the impact. I've tried going through insurance but the only thing I qualify for or can get is limited basic at best ( they'll cover cleanings but nothing major). I don't know what to do or where to turn. I just want to be able to go back to eating solid foods, and to be able to smile and laugh and show emotions again. And not be ashamed or embarrassed about my appearance. Any help you can give me in helping to get my life back is greatly appreciated.
