Back in 2005 I quit my day job to start my own business. I tried for 4 years to grow it successfully until the economy took a downturn on me. I had to start using my credit cards and 401k in 2008 to help keep my business afloat. Dumb move on my part right? Starting in 2009-2010, I lost my car, my house and my business. I let pride get in the way. Over the past year I have been looking for a good job to no prevail. I am begging and asking for $400 dollars to help pay past due rent for October. I can even pay it back in about 3 weeks, as i have a contractor who is going to pay me for some side work. I just need a little help TODAY, so i can keep myself together with dignity with a roof over my head. Every $ is appreciated. Thank you and God Bless!

I have made so many bad choices in life while I was single. Because of these bad decisions I have accumulated loans of almost $2,000. Now that I'm a mom, I have to provide for my kids and still continue paying my debt. The interest I'm paying is making it very difficult to make ends meet. I just need a little help. I want to pay off my debt so that I don't have to pay these usurious interest. No one is willing to lend me money because I have a bad credit record. I want to make a fresh start. It does not even have to be a donation. Whatever financial help anyone can extend me, if they want, I can pay them off a little at a time as long as you are willing charge me very little interest or none at all. I want to change my future so I can provide for my kids properly. I don't want to be forever paying off my debts. Please, please, help.

My 12 year-old son and I have been living in motels for the past couple months, as we have searched for permanent, stable housing. I was laid off from my job in late August, and have been subsisting on my son's SSI payment and on weekly unemployment checks. For reasons that are not clear to me, when I filed my weekly claim for unemployment earlier, I was told that I do not have any weeks to claim, which makes no sense, since I have only been collecting for a couple months. Without that money, my son and I will be bound for a shelter. I am concerned because he is autistic, and he could easily spiral out of control in such an environment. Any assistance you folks can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I am about to lose my place thanks to my roommate and him not paying his share of the bills for last 3 months, with winter coming on really fast I really don't want to be out in the cold. I doubt this will work but figured it could not hurt to try. Thank you to any kind soul that helps me. James

I am a single parent and have run into problems since I was evicted from my home. I did not have enough budgeted when one of my checks that I depend on was cut in half. I could not make my September car payment and had an arrangement with the loan company who decided that they did not want to work with me after all. They sent me a letter stating that I owed them 411.00 and that if not paid by Oct 18 they would take my car. I have paid the October car payment but still do not have enough money to pay the September payment. The car is the only transportation that I have and I need it in order to get around and get my son's medication that he takes for Autism and ADHD. Any amount of money will be of great help.
