I hAve been laid off and I need help to pay my bills and rent... I have a two year son I'm not sure what I'm going to do for my sons Christmas Please help

Times are tough for a lot of Americans right now and there are needy families and people without homes out there that need help. I can fortunately say that I have eaten today, I have a roof over my head and I am healthy. I'm not like a lot of people on this site asking for help and by all means, there are many who will deserve it more. I'm here to asking for donations so I can be retrained for a better job. As a younger man I went to College and accumulated a lot of student loans. I studied art at the time and was naive enough to think I could make it with just that. Since 2008 I've had to get by on working minimum wage jobs (usually two at a time) that refuse to hire full time. I would like to go back to school , but this time to learn a decent trade. With your help and kindness I can start my journey in the transportation industry and become a professional truck driver. With your help I can learn a marketable trade and finally earn a decent living to pay back the debt I owe for my college education. I deeply appreciate any help you can give and thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hello my name is Philip and I am a hard working husband and father of 2 young boys. I have a good job and I work every chance that I can get, but it just isn't enough. We are not living above our means at all, and we still to a very strict budget. My wife is a type 1 diabetic that requires insulin shots daily. The cost of her insulin is what is draining us dry because the government thinks that they know what medications should and shouldn't be paid for for her to stay alive. Without her insulin, my wife will die. Her insulin cost us almost $550 a months and that is not including all the supplies that she needs to go with that. She would love to get on an insulin pump, but the government will not cover an insulin pump which cost about $5000. I would like to ask for a generous amount of money to not only get my wife an insulin pump, but have enough money to buy her at least years supply of insulin. So I am asking for $15,000 to $20,000 to help my wife continue to stay alive not only for me, but because her 2 boys need her. Thank you for your time!!

I am a disabled vet of the US Navy. Since I was discharged from the Navy due to medical issues, I have had an extremely hard time finding a job that pays my bills. I have a 6 year old son, and at the beginning of the year was laid off, and it took me almost 6 months to find another job. I have been struggling to catch up on my bills and do not make enough to cover all of my bills in a month. I do not have any extras in my life. No cell phone, only the internet for school purposes. I am four classes away from getting my bachelors. I have been searching for a better job, and am more than qualified for one, but the economy is not what it used to be. I am $400 short to make rent this month. And another $250 short for the rest of my bills and utilities and simply do not know where I can turn to for help. I receive a very small amount in Disability from the VA. It was enough to get me discharged but only enough to make 150 a month in compensation. I am a big believer in paying it forward. last year an ex of mine thought it would be funny to gift me a razor ( cause i forgot to shave one time the previous week) ... that was pretty much the worst Christmas i had, this year im spending it alone and i would like to get myself something even if its just matching bra and panties <3
