NEED HELP FIGHTING FOR CUSTODY OF OUR DAUGHTER

A little over a year ago, my husband and I had been struggling with our relationship. We were young and stupid. Both of us made mistakes, we were both at fault.
I left.
He had our daughter for the first little while, then I had her.
Neither of us were really in a position to take care of her at that point.
After the split, we were both homeless and unemployed.
I came to the conclusion that the best thing to do while we got back on our feet was to issue temporary custody to his parents since they were in a position to take care of her, get her into recreational activities, etc…
I have since realized that that was the absolute most stupid thing I could have done.
We’ve ALWAYS had issues with his mother being…for lack of a better term…an evil back stabbing conniving manipulative bitch.
She never supported our relationship. Never supported us having a kid. Never really supported him as a son.
Before the temporary custody was even cleared, she turned around and started pushing for full custody.
Her intentions are for neither of us to ever see our daughter again.
Nobody is allowed to even talk about us around her.
I haven’t seen her for more than a few minutes every few months in just under a year. I haven’t even been able to do that in months.
WE HAVE NOT SEEN OUR DAUGHTER IN MONTHS
Things are good between us and we’re more or less stable. We just want our family back.
The problem is that we’re stable enough to take care of ourselves and our daughter, but we are NO WHERE NEAR capable of dealing with the thousands of dollars of legal fees his mother is throwing at as.
She can afford this and she KNOWS that we can’t, so she’s calling for absolutely everything that requires more money to make us look as bad as possible.
We are in a hardcore custody battle for the daughter who should already be with us. THE SECOND that CPS said there were no concerns with us at all, she should have IMMEDIATELY been placed back in our care, but that did not happen.
This war has been going on for far too long.
We want our Lydia back so bad. We miss her so much. We just want her home.

Hello. My name is Sebastian. I am a hard working father of three children. However, I am only earning about 900 euro (that's about 1000 dollars for me and my family). My wife is even earning less. She is a cleaning worker in part time. Our children are going to school, one of them is ill and needs medicine. We have to pay our bills for rent, water, electricity and phone. So we have a serious lack of money.
And last month, we had a car crash. We do not have the money to repair the car (about 2000 euros). I need everyday my car to get to my far away working place (50 minutes to go their). I can hardly pay the basic costs for our living, so it will not be possible to fix the car without external help.

I don't even know how I should start my statement... I am 28 years old. I am a graduate of three universties. After graduation, I tried to start a business. For this purpose, I borrowed from the bank large amount of money. Because my credit worthines was poor, also my grandmother has take one big credit and gave me the money. I had contact with people from the Netherlands, who offered me cooperation. When I was there to visit them first time, everything was ok and looks great. They show me many "possibilities" to do business. Second time I came back to them with money... And then I can realize what they really want to do. They took all money. They had guns with them and thay threat me they shoot me. It was 40 thousand euros... I reported it to the police in Holland, but they can't find anybody... It was in the end of january... After my comeback to home I realize that i have to give bank more than thousand euro every month. My 86 years old grandmother has 250 euros monthly... Without capital I am not able to do any business, I can't get new credit in any other bank. My grandmother and my mother are sick and I can't even go abroad to work. The best job offer in my city gave my only 400 euros salary... It is very hard to live now. If I will not pay my debts, then I will go to the prison, because that is law in my country.
