I recently found out that I am a father to a beautiful 2 year old girl. She has come to live with me as her mother passed away from a car accident. I want to provide for her everything that she needs but i am struggling just to feed and clothe her. I am putting in everything I can to give this girl a smile. hi - i have never begged in my life and am usually the kind of person who donates $5 or $10 to worthy causes online and off so this is something that is totally alien to me. i dont own a credit card and never want to.....if i cant pay for it i cant have it. i have a 3 day a week job for 9 months of the year so i happily live on a very small basic yearly wage. However after nursing my mother for the past 8 month and taking six months off work to do this whilst i have no regrets for spending time with her i had no income coming in except for 55.00 govt care a week. I was heartbroken when we buried my darling mum on aug 12 and apart from 5 paid days of bereavement leave work cannot offer me any other money unless i return to work. I need time out to grieve and look after my elderly father but i cant live on air. Ive advertised a few of my possessions online in australia hoping i can raise some money but nothing has sold as yet. i understand that im so lucky to have a job but if i dont address my grief and go back to work too soon i fear the outcome would be worse in the long term. So this is why i am taking a chance and baring my soul to you. If the universe feels that i truly am worthy of your help....then they will see to it. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Hi, I'm going to try and keep this short. Our family has been struggling since the beginning. But since my father lost his job in 2008, everythings been debt, debt and more debt. He was assulted at work, and he was the one who got fired for it. Then, years later, the guy threatened our family, resulting in a court case, which we won. We had to take a loan to pay the fees, which just added upon a ton of other debts since my father cannot find work. Our family now struggle to pay bills. My mother works and all the money she earns, plus all benefits go on bills. We sometimes struggle for food. I have never traveled further than 200km away from my house, and can't learn to drive in our 22 yo car. The sooner the bills are paid off, the more we can save to have a better life. Hi, I'm a young woman living in Australia. I want to enroll in a yoga instructor course but currently cannot afford it. Just covering my living expenses is a huge stress. This week I had $40 to buy all my food. Yoga is the only thing that allows me to effectively manage my stress. It has given me calmness and self discipline. It makes me so freaking happy to be alive and I want to spread this tool to as many people as I can. I don't expect money for nothing. I pledge to donate one of my possessions to charity for every $20 I am given.
