To whom it may concern, At 44 years old I would have hoped to be in a stable home, have a reliable car and a full time job that afforded me the basics of life. At 44 years old I have a full time job that pays for rent at a weekly hotel, gas to get to work and a little food. I guess it is my fault for staying in an abusive relationship to the point that my credit was destroyed, accumulated enough evictions to make it almost impossible to find affordable housing and left me astranged from any friends or family. Barely surviving has turned into my way of life and doable until the clutch went out on my poor little 84 toyota corolla 3 days ago. There is no public transportation to work but my job has gone out of there way to get me there for now. I have to get this taken care of. I can't lose my job but I know it's just a matter of time. In no time at all without my car I will lose my job and my housing. The stress is immeasurable and I can not bare this alone so I am here begging. $500 min. for car repair. $1450 to move and another $100 to have a tooth removed. i need $2050 to get my head above water and survive. I'm not the type of person that believes anyone owes me anything and have done nothing special to feel that I deserve any help from strangers. I just dont want to lose my job, my car or become homeless so this is my cry to the world. Please if there is anyone out there that can help a struggling fighter please donate what you can, any help will keep me afloat. Than you in advance.

Hi, my name is Jim. I am a 13 year veteran with an honorable discharge who has served during three conflicts. I recently got out of the Army in April 2013 I am on unemployment drawing $752.00 every two weeks. I do not receive any aid. My rent is $1195.00 a month. I have actively looked for work and have been unable to obtain a job paying more than minimum wage. I have gotten behind on paying my rent due to paying for insurance that I desperately have to have because I have a wife with a medical condition. My unemployment barely pays my electric, water, vehicle payment, and insurance. I received a notice last week (Nov 8, 2013) stating that if my rent wasn't paid by November 15, 2013 the eviction process would be started. I have two daughters and I don't want to have to tell them that we are being put out in the street. I need help. I hate asking for help but I have no choice. I have picked up Aluminum cans, tried getting odd jobs but still don't have enough to cover what I need. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

Ok, I won't sit here and B.S. everyone. I know times are hard and everyone needs to watch the pennies. I'm no different but it wasn't always that way. In fact I used to have a great job as an electrician but then disaster struck two years after I journeyed out of electrical school. I caught meningitis and almost died at UNC hospital a few years ago. So, before my electrical stint I had been a US Marine and joined in 1981 in San Diego. Unfortunately my father commited the ultimate act against God and killed himself due to a injury he sustained while running a race. So, I ended up on my own after the wicked stepmom kicked us all out. So, fast forward to now, I have an 11 year old son, lost my house, my job as an electrician and had to file the dreaded disability. The VA denied me because it wasn't service related. So, yea, rock bottom again. But I always have worked and keep trying so for the past three years I have been actively blogging for anyone who needs blogs written. I write for company websites and have written so many blogs for people I am getting blog burnout. But I want to keep going, so I need help with my website. I just need some help to get it fixed up so people can find it online. I have tried so hard and my son hates to see me struggle and go through depression because the meningitis really did some weird things to me cognitively. I refuse to go down that path of saying screw it and doing something stupid so Im going to try and make this blog writing website work by paying for services to get it optimized and advertise. I am a very good blogger and taught myself how to write for companies to help their business. So, all I'm really asking for is one dollar. That's it. Just a buck so I can try and get this thing working. It's really all I got left....So, yea I've been homeless before but I don't want to go that route especially with a young son. I want to be a dad he looks up to even with all my issues. he loves me regardless and that's cool.
