Me and my fiance (both 25)have been working our butts off for years in restaurants, and just cant seem to get anywhere. So we sat down and decided that we needed to get out of town and start our own life. our families are crazy and its time to be on our own, before they drag us down anymore. We live in FL and are looking to move to TN. We have some money saved but definitely not enough to pack up and go. We could use $1000. it will give us enough money to pay put down payment on an apartment, and hopefully so we can get married. I know most people think this is a stupid reason, but the love we have is nothing short of a miracle. i owe my sobriety and life to my wife-to-be and i just cant seem to make it with a basic cook job. i just want to give her everything but i cant. so  I am asking for help. ur not just helping me ur helping US.

When someone asked me for help I gave them what I had, if it were a cup of coffee, bus fare, train fare I did what I could or sometimes it was what I felt like giving. I would help homeless, complete strangers and family members like they were all the same. People who needed my help. In school, I would stay up for hours helping others with their homework if they needed me and trusted me to help them. No I don't anticipate everyone to be as giving and as caring as I am but the fact that someone like me is alive and kicking and willing should even out some of the evilness in this world. Those who believe that good and evil need to be balanced and there is just as much good as there is bad have a realistic perspective on life. I beg today for the purpose of: I need money to live and prosper just like anyone else. It would go a step further for people to give to, now an even faceless person. You don't know the color of my skin, my facial expression, the tone of voice or the clothes I wear. I ask you to give because I need it and if it does not hurt your bank account than give because someone someday will give to you when you need it. It might be me or the person 500 miles away.

Hey guys, I absolutely HAVE to go see my boyfriend ASAP. When my parents found out I was saving money to help see him after his suicide attempt they cut off all the help they were giving me to survive on my near non-existent pay. Thanks to that I now have only $35 extra to my name after bills and don't know what to do. I have no car, and no steady job. I really really really need help to go see him. I've been so worried since I heard I haven't been able to eat or sleep and I honestly considered stripping in order to help pay for my plane ticket. I just don't know what else to do...I'm really really begging here. Please Help! I'll be eternally grateful!

I find myself in a tough spot in life. In April 2010 I found my biological family and spent everything I had to get my younger sister out of a bad situation in FL. A few months later I spent the money i saved for only a few months to visit the rest of the family in Oregon where my sister is now living. Since then I have been playing catch up and not doing a very good job of it. I'm a substitute aid in special education and have been for 4 years. I have a great reputation with the school district, but they won't contract me because of budget cuts. Yet I see others getting contracted (which means full time work plus benefits) without working as long or as hard as I do. I feel I've wasted 4 years with them. The job is highly rewarding but I'm 23 and can't wait 4 more years without benefits or full time pay. They knew I'd keep working even without a contract so I suppose their thinking was, "Why waste the money when he'll still work?" Now the situation that is making my life difficult right now is my truck. It has broken down. Alternator is bad or there is a power leak somewhere, plus a bad radiator and master cylinder. I got another job and I'm not sure how I can keep going without the money to fix my truck. I had to drop my classes for this spring semester because with no ride, I wont be able to make it to class and work. I'm having a really hard time and have a heavy lack of funds. This is weird for me to do but if anyone can spare anything, I'd greatly appreciate it.
