water shut off no work in 2 years

my husband died 4 years ago, after many surgeries, the medical bills piled up, the economy went down, and my business all but collapsed. Yesterday the water was shut off and I'm sure foreclosure is next. Please help if you can-I promise to pass it on when I can. Thank you
