rent needs to be paid...

Joey, New Braun

Hi, my name is Joseph and I’m desperate. I’m not going to beat around the bush... I’m "poor" and more importantly in a situation financially that I simply cannot get out of alone. I work an honest job for minimum wage at a water park in my hometown, and for the most part, it pays the bills. That being said, the bills are all it pays, and sometimes not even that. I am up to my neck in payday advance loan debt, and every dollar that does not get spent on late payments, bills, necessities of life, and various debts and collections, I spend on my best friend so he can continue to stay at a drug rehab/halfway house that he says really helps him with a lot of problems he has ran into recently. He promises to pay me back because obviously he cannot make money to stay there and he doesn't have insurance, but I trust him more than he even knows and I don't question for a second that he will pay me back eventually. But back to the problem at hand, my old landlord raised the rent on the apartment I had and simply put I couldn't afford it anymore. What I did was I moved to a cheaper place down the road, its ok I guess ha-ha. But see here, before I got this new place I went and put in an application at a different complex. the place I went too first tried withdrawing money from my account when they shouldn't have and claimed it was a misunderstanding, they did that at the same time my new place charged my account for the deposit and the bank thought something was up so they froze my funds. So I figured out what happened at the other complex and then contacted my bank about it and they said it would take 4-5 business days to unfreeze my account. This is the part where I start to get f@#$%! Over by life ha-ha. I can't wait that long because I couldn't stay at a apartment I didn't have any money on so I contacted a good buddy of mine and see if he could bail me out. He said he would be happy to help and had a cashier’s check overnighted to the apartment office through ups. That was 2 days ago and they still haven't gotten it. I called the bank and they said it definitely is in the possession of ups. I called ups next and they said even with the tracking number they couldn't find it anywhere... I would sue ups for causing me to get evicted by losing that check but clearly I don't have the money or time to go through with that. The managers are on my butt with police to leave the property but I’m out of options. Please give an idea or I hate to beg but... I have too, somehow if you could get money to me. I will prove it anyway possible...
