rent and car payment

I dont ever ask for help but we are desperate and could use a blessing. Our car payment is late and rent is due in 5 days and I have no clue where we are going to get it. Things have been rough and have gotten really tight. We have had an increase in medical expenses that were not planned. Not like they ever are really. My husband works sun up to sun down and I have been looking for a second job but am pregnant so have been having a hard time finding anything at all! Please help us out. I really wanna get on our feet before this baby arrives. It would help more than you know.
