Rebuild Credit To Move Out

I have $30,000 in debt due student loans, credit cards and medical expenses. I'm currently unable to find work in my small tourist town which is really stressing me out as I want to move out of my parents house. Clearing my debt would allow me to save more and I can rebuild my credit score so that I can pass a credit check to get into a place. I really appreciate any help I can get no matter how small the contribution.
Please help me clear my debt and be able to get on my feet again!
