I have a dream of being a charter captain. I have lived in Florida my whole life. I went through the school and got a Captain's License. I recently got married and my wife was relocated to Portland, OR. We will be back in Florida in less than a year, and I don't think I can save enough on my own. I work 2 jobs and help a guy doing costruction on his rental properties and it's still not enough to save. I work really hard and have an ok life, but I know I can do better if I could get a leg up.
