My name is Kez and I'm a world traveller currently stuck in Afghanistan due to a series of unfortunate events.

I don't want to bore you with the details of each one, but the main one involves me investing in my future by writing a book, (that became a bestseller), then having control of my intellectual property stolen by the people that I'd paid to help promote it.

This unscrupulous company published my book on their account without my permission and now stands to make tens of thousands of dollars from my work. Money that would have set up my future and helped me achieve my mission of travelling to every country in the world, (on a small budget, of course), by the end of this year.

The only option left to me now is to file a copyright infringement complaint to get the book taken down so I can republish it on my account. The problem with that is that all sales of the book so far, will be forfeited. This action will stop these horrible people getting the money from my work, but it will also stop any money going to me as well. :o(

As you could imagine, I'm beyond distressed about having the rug pulled out from underneath me like this. I have spoken extensively with the publishing website about it and it seems there is no way to ensure any transfer of sales from the listing on their account to me once an infringement notice is issued.

As I was depending on this money to continue with my journey and be able to buy essentials for living, this turn of events has left me in a real bind. I don't have enough money to move on from the country that I'm in, but I must leave within two weeks due to the visa conditions.

For the moment, I just need a small amount, maybe just $250, to be able to leave this country then regroup and come up with a new strategy in another.

The problem is that I am really terrible at asking for money.

That made me think, what if I gave you something in return for your donation? That way it would be more of an exchange where both parties come away with something.

How about a copy of my book?

If you'd rather just donate without buying the book, you can also do that too, but remember, the book was a bestseller in several categories, so I'm sure you will find it useful. :o)

Good day to you all! The reason to why i am writing is the urgent need to raise some money in order to open my own motorcycle custom parts workshop. I have been working sisce i was 15 to make the money but the fact is that i still need 6000 dollars to open it. I am no asking you to give me all this money because it's a serious sum but any help is welcomed. Who knows maybe one day you will come to me to customize your bike. Good Morning: So far I have received nothing but people asking for personal i information and trying to scam me. The point I cant seem to get across is if I am going as low as begging for money from strangers do they really thing I have money laying around to do this fee and that fee. My name is Tina. I am 39 years old. My divorce was just final a few weeks ago. My daughter and I left our home last year with nothing more than clothes and a dog who was smart enough to jump in the car. My ex is a very violent person and although he never hit me he was very cruel. And I have nightmares about what he did to my child while I was at work. Since then we moved in with my parents. I started my child into therapy as soon as I left and over the course of the year she has been treated for ADHD, emotional disorders, and is now on Bi Polar medications. I worked for about six months after I left but it soon wore me down so much I had to resign. Her disorders are so extreme that no one else wants to deal with then. So I am a stay at home mom. As a result I have no money. I spent a fortune in court over custody and visitation and child support. I just sold the only thing I had to sell which was my car to help pay off the lawyer. But I am going back to school in January to get my BA in Psychology. Parents wont help with money. Which brings me to this last resort. Now that being said I am a real person. I have posts on Word Press. I am on twitter and facebook. I am not interested in doing anything illegal. I do not have a bank account. And no money to send to anyone. I had a bi-lateral neuropathy months ago and lost feeling and movement in both hands, the top muscles of my forearms went dead. They are calling it HNPP. I have had one cast made and all the trips to the Neurologist and hospitals has put me in a tough financial situation. I owe a lot already but I am in desperate need of funds to pay for new casts that hold my arms in place while I sleep to keep the nerves from being crushed more, then a cast with rubber bands to hold up one of my arms so I can raise my fingers and clasp objects. I need these things to remain independent, please help!
