Need money for therapy, a car and to get out of debt

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my post. I am a single mother of 3 awesome sons and I am in desperate need of help. I have 8 year old twins that are diagnosed with Autism and I need money to pay for the therapy that they need that Medicaid doesn't pay for. They are not potty trained and I would like to take a class to help me with that but I do not have the money for that. I am also in need of a car and I have debt that my ex-husband left me with. I am at the end of my rope and its getting hard to make ends met. Anyone that is reading this that can find it in there heart to help me will be blessed beyond measure.
