Hi. I (together with a friend) am working on a project that will help save stray dogs and cats in a poor country where these animals are very much neglected and no significant government help is available. This project in ongoing already but we can only salvage around 1 or 2 a day due to limited resources. To be more effective in what we do, we need to lease a vehicle and some equipment that we can't afford. My friend and I pooled our money for this but it is not enough.
