Hi, I live in Mumbai India, tried to help one of my friend with his debt as he promised to pay back on time, unfortunately he is incapable now, and I have been late to pay 3 consecutive monthly EMI's each of 25,111/- INR

Also he is not in position to pay, however i have a security cheque signed by him which i can file suit and recover from him, but it may take time for court proceedings.
