My vehicle broke a month after buying it.

I bought a van about a month ago. I have had nothing but problems with it and two days ago my transmission went it's going to cost me $2000 to get it fixed. I'm a single mom of one child and every cent I make go towards keeping a roof over our heads, food in our bellys and the bills paid. I cannot afford to fix my van. So I thought I would try this even if it's only $1 my son and I will be extremely greatfull for your help we need the van so I can work and he can get to school as we live in a remote area.
