Mother is disabled

My 60 year old mother is on the verge of losing her home on Jan. 8th, 2014 as it is scheduled for auction on that day. She became disabled 2 years after tearing her ACL on her left knee, and cannot work because of it. The workman's compensation has not paid anything to her for pain and suffering.
