I am 28 years old and I am married and have two beautiful children.

It all started in 2012, I had an appendectomy and needed 4-6 weeks off work, unfortunately my employer would not cover my sick pay. I didn't have enough to cover my bills and food. Since then I have accumulated an embarrassing amount of debt. Can you help?
