I'm just 10 dolors short with no bank account.All I have is a paypal which I reload with Moneypaks.With these Moneypaks the minimum to load on it is twenty dolors with a five dolor fee.Instead of waiting 2 weeks to get paid just for 10 dolors I thought I'd give this site a try.Please,it's only 10 dolors.
