I am thirty five years old, married with two children, a boy and a girl. The boy is the eldest and he is nine years old and the girl is three years. I depend on casual jobs that are relatively hard to find because of high unemployment in the region. Even getting all of the basic needs for my family is difficult. Sometimes experiencing unbearable pain. Most of my teeth have decayed and fallen off, leaving only their roots stuck in the gum. The condition is embarrassing too.
