They are already two months that I have lost my job as care assistant in a nursing home. Now I am living in a shared room in Nottingham for 200 pounds monthly. I need money to pay the rent or I will be forced to use my already poor savings in bank to pay rent and council tax. I could come back to Italy, but the job opportunities are almost near to zero, because of my age.. Here in England I can still expect to find a job. I am receiving from the DWP the Job Seekers Allowance, but it's just sufficient to survive, not enough to pay the rent of the shared room.
