I'm a disabled American Veteran living in the Philippines with Filipino wife and kids. I have a meager disability check each month. I have been having health problems and have spent a big portion of my monthly check on health. I can't use the VA here because its not a service related disability and health care is cash in the Philippines. There for I need money for Christmas and school for my kids. I want my kids to receive a good education so they can have a good life. Please help my kids have a nice Christmas and education.
