Caretaker needs help starting life

Every day I see people my age getting married or landing great jobs. I want a good life too, but things didn't happen that way.
I've lived with my grandparents my entire life. I've cooked for them, cleaned their house, organized their medicines and did everything else that they needed. Now, my grandmother is in a nursing home. My grandfather has cancer.
I have no car and no job. Without a car, I can't get to the next town(where jobs are). On several occasions, I have been admitted to a hospital for depression. I now owe hospitals nearly $7000.
I'm doing odd jobs on the internet for money, but I still need all of the help that I can get. I dream of getting a college degree and a normal life.
Please send whatever you can. Every little bit will help. 
Im sorry i couldn’t provide your needs, but i could offer a job that you could earn 300 to 500$ weekly with little stress, with this you don’t need any financial help from someone or any organization. hope to read from you soon
