After spending $6,000 on a car last year and having to put in almost $3,000 in repairs this past year, I am completely broke. My car now needs a new/ rebuilt transmission. I am desperate for anything you can give me. Right now a friend is letting me borrow his car for a week but after that I won't have transportation to work (which is 30 miles from my home).
