Our Main Motto is to spread Christianity in India whose population is 85% Hindus. Until last year with INC government headed by an Italian Christian, (Sonia Gandhi) our work goes well and got needed sponsors without any difficulty. Everything changed in May 2014 when right wing Hindu Party (BJP) headed by Narendra Modi comes to power whom western government banned entry into their soil for atrocities against minorities. The ban has been lifted when he became the Prime Minister. Organization like Rastriya Swamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) to which Mr. Modi belongs has roots in every state, and they started threatening everyone and many our members got arrested and sent to jails in false cases. Our main sponsors were local Christian business houses, but after they started getting attacked, they stopped sponsorships and without money , it is impossible to go forward and with no other way we pretend dead. Dear Sir/ Madam, First of all I would like to express my respect and gratitude for letting me express my problem. I am seeking your assistance in helping me pay back my debt for money I borrowed from my parents 2 years ago (in 2013). The money they lent me was for the purpose of paying back my debt that I owed to my former company (my obligation as a resigning employee) for loan granted to me from company’s Credit establishment and training and service agreement payment for company’s managerial course that I attended. Thanks to their support back then, I was able to clear the debts and resign from company effectively to join company I am working for now. At that time I promised my parents that I will recover money and pay them back within a maximum of 1 year from my resignation date. I was in hope that my current company would have facilitated for provision of a loan, but that plan did not materialize. I continuously attempted to contact my current company's HQ (as am currently based at the branch office here in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia), but my effort was in vain. I was also hoping that I was going to be in a position to save up some money and pay them back on time. But due to different reasons apart from no hope of securing a loan - rise of cost of living (especially house rent), the devaluation of Ethiopian Birr against the U.S. dollar, and critical monthly payment I have to make for government condominium housing membership; I am still not able to meet my obligation as I promised 2 years ago. The bank that our company is dealing with does not provide cash loans without collateral. As there is no property registered in my name, I could not opt for this loan option. I was seeking to get loan from my friends here and abroad and my siblings outside the country, but due to their own commitments I am not able to secure the loan or cash I needed to pay back to my parents. My parents lent me money that they saved up most of their lives. Both my parents retired over a year ago, my father in September 2014 and my mother in January 2014, now they have no monthly salary, no secured income. I failed to keep my promise until now. The total amount of money am looking for is USD 2,360 approximately (Ethiopian Birr 48,893.66) – by current exchange rate. Hello my name is Amanda, I'm 40yrs old with 3 son's ( Only 2 of them still live at home with me ) My son's are my carers and they do almost everything for me like cook me meals and sort out all my medications. I have alot of health problems including Fibromyalgia, Slipped Disc, Bulging Disc, Osteoarthritis in my spine, Asthma, Underactive Thyroid, Supraventricular Tachycardia, Vertigo, Malignant Otitis Externa, Chronic Migraines and a few other smaller problems, I take alot of different medications to try and help me but I still get alot of pain, discomfort, fatigue, pins and needles in both hands and feet and swollen and painful legs, ankles and feet. At the moment my doctor has no Idea why my legs are so swollen and painful but they are doing lots of blood tests to check if I also have a muscle disease. I am in constant pain all over my body, it makes me feel like my bones are on fire. I feel completely exhausted like I have ran 2 marathons one after another with no rest in-between. I used to have a car but it was a manual gear and I could no longer use it so I'm trying to save up for an Automatic car but because I'm claiming Employment and Support Allowance I don't have any spare money to save up so this is why I'm asking for some help. It doesn't have to be a new car I would be happy with a second hand car as long as it's an automatic and has a big enough boot to fit my wheelchair into it I will be happy. I want to gain some Independence back to my life and I also want to take some of the stress off my son's maybe then they can go out for some fun like there friends.. I am a mom. I have an adopted son and i lost my job recently. My son needs to take special lessons because he is suffering from dyslexia.I cant cover the ammount of money needed for that.If you like please help me to afford it. Thank you in advance. Christina
