I am Gary, former NGO worker from Manila, Philippines. Currently, I have been out of work for over a year now since my last project-based job ended in December 2011. I have been having a hard time looking for a job in absence of a college diploma. I am very apprehensive about my family's future since they greatly depend on me. WISH DETAILS: For the reason, I would like to go back to school to finish my remaining semesters in college, but the big problem is...where to get money to pay the costs.
