past due on Rent

I have been fighting diabetes and high blood pressure along with tyroid problems. I have arthritis in my hip and can hardly walk. I have 6 kids and I have fallen behind on my rent. I just spoke with my landlord and she has given me till the end of the week to make one rent payment and then to the second week of august to be all caught up. I need help please. I have income coming in and will use all of it to get caught up but then that leaves me with no money for food or to pay my electric bill. Please send me a little help so that I do not loose my place to live.
