This isn’t me begging you for money to help me pay for my needs; this is me asking you to help me help orphans in Uganda. That sounds quite dramatic but basically I will be travelling to Uganda and staying there for 5 weeks to help build a school in a small rural village. The school is mostly populated by these orphans who live in the church, which is also where I will be staying. I need to raise money to pay for the building materials and provisions whilst I am out there, and also a sum of money that can be put towards improving conditions in the community. I have done a few activities such as a bake sale and a few sponsored activities, but this does not bring in much money. I would be extremely grateful if anyone was to donate any amount to this cause, a little goes a long way and the more I get the more they will get. Thank you!

I have been caring for a very sick relative for the last few months and have had to take a lot of time off work to do this, which is unpaid. His house is in desperate need of decorating and I am unable to do it due to my loss of income. I am asking for small donations to help me make him happy as the state of his home is getting him down and I cannot bear to see him like this. Just before I start,I think I know this sight will be a long shot but at this moment in time will try anything!!!! Lost my job over a year ago, my job supported me and my family,now ex girlfriend and young daughter.my girlfriend left me for someone else who could support her and my little girl!! I've been trying to get back in to a full time job for over a year now but no one will give me that break that I need.im at a point in my life where I am desperate cus all I want to do is get into work and have my family back and be able to support them,I have always been a hard working man.this is the last thing I ever thought I would of ever done a year and a half ago. I think already that this is falling on deaf ears but any help would be greatly appreciated Thank you

I am a veteran of the army, I proudly served my country and almost lost my own life saving the life of a fellow soldier; I was given a fate worse than death...after the attack I was severely injured where I was considered a total loss for the army and was discharged soon after I was told I would never have a normal life in the real world due to the damage but I would receive benefits for my service. I was given a Purple Heart, National defense and War on terrorism service medal and sent home I was told my benefits and severance pay would come in six months....that was two years ago. I need to gather just enough to at least get a new leg once I have that I can function again.
