My name is Stephanie I live in Tempe AZ i'm 47 disabled i'm in a wheelchair because of severe arthritis and lupis i rarely leave home and don't have many friends except for Buffy my cat of 10 years, because i'm in a wheelchair i had to move to a apartment with no stairs. the new place im at wants 425.00 for pet fee and deposit i only 720.00 a month from ssi. Please help I don't want to lose my best friend.
